Circle Time (10 min.)
Kindergarten Readiness Skills: Our Sharing Time helps us respect others, take turns, listen, and tell stories.
Rhythms and Movement (20 min.)
Life Science Skills: Our theme-related music time helps us learn movement, rhythm, instruments, beats, and finger plays.

School Time (15 min.)
Kindergarten Readiness Skills: When we say the Pledge of Allegiance and Calendar, we learn repetition, respect, and foretelling. Our Weather chart helps us analyze and predict. And when we learn our Letter of the Week, we learn how to write our letters, learn the letter sounds, sound out words, recognize letters all around us, and understand that letters are a form of communication.
Exploration (15 min.)
Life Science Skills: When we explore the theme in our discovery centers, we learn how to sort manipulatives, count groupings, feel through sensory activities, and develop our fine motor skills.
Arts & Crafts (20 min.)
Kindergarten Readiness Skills: Our daily arts & crafts activities help us with cutting, gluing, writing our name, learning shapes and colors, following directions, working with art materials, and cleaning up.
Snack Time (20 min.)
Life Skills: When we eat snacks we learn how to use good manners, talk nicely to our friends, help the teacher, and clean up. When we read quietly after snacks, we learn to "read" to each other, develop a love for our favorite books, take care of books, and spend time independently.
Story Time (10 min.)
Life Science Skills: Our theme-related books help us learn rhymes, repetition, sequencing, foretelling etc.
Puppet Show (10 min.)
Life Skills: Our puppets help us learn important life skills like exercising, eating healthy, looking both ways before we cross the street, sharing toys, tying our shoes, not talking to strangers, and much more!
Play Time (30 min.)
Life Skills: Our open play time helps us learn to share toys, respect other people's property, treat others kindly, be safe on playground equipment, exercise, pretend, and obey rules.
